At Vitalixis, your satisfaction is our top priority. We stand behind every red light therapy panel we sell and want you to shop with complete confidence.

60-Day Return Policy

We offer a full 60-day return window. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, simply contact us within 60 days of delivery to request a return. No questions asked.

Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return:

• The return request must be made within 60 days of the delivery date.
• The item must be returned in its original, unused condition with all original packaging, accessories, and documentation.
• Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) must be included.
• Products damaged through misuse, unauthorized modification, or accidental damage are not eligible.

How to Start a Return

Email us at vitalixis4@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We will respond within 1 business day with your Return Authorization (RA) number and full instructions. Do not ship items back without prior authorization.

Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility, unless the item was received defective, damaged, or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable carrier. Vitalixis is not responsible for packages lost in return transit.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Exchanges

Received a damaged or defective unit? We will exchange it at no cost to you. Contact us at vitalixis4@gmail.com within 60 days of receipt.

Defective or Damaged Items

If your panel arrives damaged or defective, email us immediately at vitalixis4@gmail.com with photos and a description. We will ship a replacement or issue a full refund at our expense, including return shipping.

3-Year Warranty

Every Vitalixis red light therapy panel is backed by a 3-year limited warranty covering manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. This warranty does not cover accidental damage, misuse, unauthorized modifications, or normal wear and tear. To file a warranty claim, contact vitalixis4@gmail.com with your proof of purchase.
