Return & Refund Policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unused, unworn, with its tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, please contact our team at vitalixis4@gmail.com and explain the reason for your return.
If your return is accepted, we will send you a return label by email to print and attach to your package before dropping it off at a parcel point or post office.
Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Return Shipping Costs
We cover return shipping costs for a period of 30 days from the date you receive your order.
There are no restocking fees.
Specific Return & Refund Conditions
- Change of mind: If you change your mind after your purchase, you may return the product within 30 days, provided that it is unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
- Defective items: If you receive a defective product, please contact our customer support as soon as possible, ideally within 48 hours, to receive further instructions. VITALIXIS will cover the return shipping costs within 30 days and will provide either a replacement product or a refund.
- Damaged items: If the product arrives damaged, please send us photos of the damage within 48 hours of receiving the item. We will review the situation and cover the return shipping costs if necessary.
- Incorrect product received: If you receive the wrong product, please contact us within 48 hours. We will cover the return shipping costs and make sure you receive the correct product.
- Product not received: If your product never arrives, please contact us so we can open an investigation with the carrier. If the product cannot be located, we will offer either a full refund or a replacement product.
- Order cancellation: You may cancel your order before it has been shipped. If the order has already been shipped, please follow the return procedure after receiving the product.
Damaged or Defective Items Policy
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer support as soon as possible, ideally within 48 hours. If this is not possible, please contact us as soon as you notice the issue.
Please send us clear photos of the defect or damage. We will inspect the case and, if approved, provide either a replacement or a full refund.
Policy for Non-Damaged Items
You may return an unused and undamaged product within 30 days. Please make sure the product is returned in its original packaging.
This does not apply to personalized or custom-made items.
Exchanges
Exchanges are accepted. The fastest way to get the item you want is to return the item you already have and, once the return is accepted, place a separate order for the new item.
Timeframes
- Return period: Returns must be reported and shipped within 30 days of receiving the product.
- Refund processing time: Refunds will be processed within 30 days after we receive and inspect the returned item. You will receive a confirmation email once your refund has been processed.
- Refund conditions: A refund may be approved if the product is unused, undamaged, and returned in its original packaging. Refunds for defective or incorrectly delivered products are approved after inspection.
- Refund method: Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout.
