60-Day Return Policy

We offer a generous 60-day return window. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may request a return within 60 days of the date you received your order. No questions asked.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

• The return request must be submitted within 60 days of delivery.
• The item must be returned in its original condition — unused, unworn, with all original accessories, components, and packaging included.
• The original proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) must be included with the return shipment.
• Products showing signs of damage caused by misuse, unauthorized modifications, or accidents are not eligible for return.

How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team by email at contact@vitalixis.com. Include your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and a brief reason for the return. Our team will respond within 1–2 business days and provide you with an RMA number and return instructions.

Items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item received was defective, damaged, or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as Vitalixis is not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Exchanges

If you received a defective or damaged product, we will gladly exchange it for a replacement at no additional cost. Please contact us at contact@vitalixis.com within 60 days of receipt to arrange an exchange.

Defective or Damaged Items

If you receive a product that is defective, damaged, or different from what you ordered, please contact us immediately at contact@vitalixis.com with photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at our expense, including return shipping.

3-Year Warranty

All Vitalixis red light therapy panels come with a 3-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects. This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. It does not cover damage from accidents, misuse, or unauthorized modifications. To make a warranty claim, contact us at contact@vitalixis.com with your proof of purchase.
